Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our App.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Information We Collect and Store<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>In-App Preferences and Usage<\/strong>: The App may store your winter favorite sport, favorite ski resorts, visited ski resorts, and \u201cwant to go\u201d ski resorts. This information is stored locally on your device and\/or in your Apple iCloud account, depending on your iCloud settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Subscription and Purchase Information<\/strong>: We use third-party services to process and manage purchases. We may access anonymized or aggregated purchase information (e.g., plan type, renewal status) for analytics and support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No Account Required<\/strong>: We do not require you to create a NEU account, and we do not directly collect personal identifiers such as your name or email through the App unless you contact us.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We use trusted third-party providers to operate the App, manage subscriptions, and measure performance:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>RevenueCat<\/strong> (subscriptions and purchases): Processes purchase history, subscription status, device and app information, and transaction details to enable purchases and manage entitlements. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.revenuecat.com\/privacy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">See RevenueCat Privacy Policy.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>AppsFlyer<\/strong> (attribution and analytics): Helps us understand how users discover and engage with NEU, attribute installs and in\u2011app events to ad campaigns, and detect fraud. Data may include device and app information, IP address, install\/engagement timestamps, limited event data (e.g., app open, purchase), and advertising identifiers where permitted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Meta<\/strong> Advanced Mobile Measurement (AMM): In connection with advertising on Meta properties, limited install and in\u2011app event data may be shared with Meta via AppsFlyer for measurement and optimization, in accordance with Meta\u2019s AMM terms and applicable permissions (including Apple\u2019s App Tracking Transparency framework).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We share only the data necessary for these providers to perform their services, subject to their terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. How We Use Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide and improve NEU\u2019s features and performance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage subscriptions and entitlements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Measure and attribute installs and in\u2011app events to advertising campaigns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimize marketing and detect\/prevent fraud and misuse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform analytics to understand app usage and reliability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Platform Permissions and Your Choices<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>App Tracking Transparency (ATT)<\/strong>: On iOS, we request permission to track activity across apps and websites owned by other companies. If you decline, advertising identifiers are not shared for tracking, and measurement\/attribution is limited accordingly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Device Settings<\/strong>: You can reset or limit ad tracking identifiers and adjust privacy settings in your device settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Opt-Outs<\/strong>: Some partners provide additional opt-out mechanisms. Data stored on your device and in iCloud is protected by Apple\u2019s security measures. Third-party providers such as RevenueCat, AppsFlyer, and Meta secure the data they process according to their policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Data Retention<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law.
