2. License Grant and Scope
License Type: This is a non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
Usage Restrictions: The app is intended for personal use only. Users are prohibited from using the app for commercial purposes, as well as from copying, modifying, distributing, or reverse engineering the app.
All 3D maps and USDZ files belong to the app creator and are protected by copyright laws. Any distribution of these 3D maps, whether free or paid, is strictly prohibited.
3. User Obligations
Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Actions: Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership: Guillem Bruix retains ownership of the app and all related content like the 3D Maps.
User License: Users are granted the right to download and use the app in accordance with the license terms.
5. Payment and Subscriptions
Subscription Plans: NEU offers monthly and annual plans providing access to all the PRO content. PRO content includes unlimited access to all 2D, and 3D available maps. Download offline 2D maps, 9-Day snowfall forecast, PRO Stats and the ability to create new ski resort pages. Only 2D and 3D maps, as well as meteorological information, are available for ski resorts added by the user. The resort’s technical information can be manually added if desired, but AR, Object, and Paper maps will not be available.
Cancellation and Refunds: Users can cancel subscriptions at any time. Refunds are processed according to App Store policies.
6. Privacy and Data Collection
Data Collection: The app may collect the user’s winter favorite sport, favorite ski resorts, visited ski resorts, “want to go” ski resorts, and subscription-related data. These may be stored locally on the user’s device and in the user’s iCloud database. Purchase data and in-app events may be accessible by the app owner for analytics and performance measurement purposes.
Data Usage: Collected data is used to provide and improve the app, manage subscriptions, analyze app performance, measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and detect/prevent fraud or misuse.
Data Sharing: For the purposes described above, NEU uses third-party service providers, including:
- RevenueCat (subscription and purchase management)
- AppsFlyer (attribution and analytics)
- Meta (Advanced Mobile Measurement reporting in connection with Meta advertising campaigns)
These partners may receive limited data necessary to perform their services subject to their terms and privacy policies. Where applicable, data sharing is governed by your choices, platform permissions (such as Apple’s App Tracking Transparency), and applicable law.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Warranty Disclaimer: The app is provided “as is” without any warranties.

8. Termination
Termination Conditions: The license may be terminated for breach of terms or non-payment.
Effects of Termination: Upon termination, users must cease all use of the app and delete it from their devices.

Governing Law: This EULA is governed by the laws of California, USA.
Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Advertising and Measurement Partners
NEU may use AppsFlyer and Meta to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and understand how users engage with the app. If you interact with ads for NEU on Meta properties, limited information about app installs and in-app events may be shared with Meta via AppsFlyer to enable Advanced Mobile Measurement reporting, in accordance with Meta’s terms and applicable user permissions (including Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework). These measurement activities are used solely for attribution, analytics, and optimization of our advertising and are subject to the restrictions and purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of the app.
Severability: If any part of this EULA is found to be invalid, the remaining parts will remain in effect.
Waiver: Rights under this EULA can only be waived in writing.
